This year’s winner of the RCS Governors Prize is Ethan Loch, a remarkable, blind from birth pianist who has been gaining a rapid, stellar reputation, “Clearly a young man of genius” (Royal Academy of Music): “(Ethan) has developed into a world class concert pianist and composer” (Edinburgh Music Review).
He will be playing a Haydn sonata, preludes by Rachmaninov and Debussy and works by Chopin as well as his own compositions.
Tickets can be bought online from one month prior to the performance until 2pm on the day. The cost will be £25 (adult): with reduced price for students and under-18s – £12.
