We are delighted to welcome back Christina and Marcus. Christina memorably played at Gordon Macintyre’s memorial concert which raised funds for our very successful outreach programme. Praised for her “astute intelligence and warmth of spirit” she has performed on BBC Radio 3 and Radio Scotland, with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, and in solo recitals at Wigmore Hall and many other prestigious venues.

Marcus has been co leader of the Britten Sinfonia since 2013 and principal 2nd violin with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra since 2016. He has also had a distinguished chamber music career, being a member of the Fitzwilliam Quartet for 7 years. As a composer he has written many sacred works for choir and organ, but also solo, chamber ensemble and ballet music.
