Description from Cath Cargill:
Many of you came to hear the Braeriach String Quartet in 2023 at St John’s, Rothiemurchus, and will remember the group’s particular genius in choosing a programme with a bit of everything, from Bach and Telemann through Elgar to Abba with a nod to TV theme music, and playing throughout with charm, panache and a huge gift for musical communication which was clearly at work within the quartet as well as with the audience. This Friday: they’re back! Do come along- it will be another excellent concert and a thoroughly fun evening.
And we’ll get to find out what shiny sheep have to do with anything (and why goats haven’t). Drinks from 7 as usual in the hall, concert at 7.30 lasting around an hour.
