For our next gig we are looking forward to some classic New Orleans music and again welcome Bob Ross and his Louisiana Fairytale Jazz Band.
They authentically recreate the wonderful sound of late 19th, early 20th century music played by the bands of New Orleans and the Mississippi riverboats.
The band takes its name from “Louisiana Fairytale”, a jazz standard written in 1935 by Fred Coots and popularised by Fats Waller.
Join us at the Nairn Community and Arts Centre for an evening of outstanding foot tapping and feelgood music (dancing will be encouraged!).
